Thirteen years in investment banking, corporate development, and PE-backed platforms. Ridgemont-backed Hatch companies. ERCOT and the Texas Triangle. Powered land, power, and storage.

I work almost every day. The through-line is the same: underwrite the real asset, raise the capital, close the file. Comedy is the other outlet. Same handle everywhere.

ProofPack

AI made claims almost free. When claims are cheap, the scarce asset is proof: something a skeptical reader can open and check.

ProofPack is a git-native evidence format and static generator. One YAML file becomes a readable proof page, a stable /proof-pack.json contract, and a completeness report. No backend. No database. No runtime AI. It is not a résumé polisher and not a hiring score.
